Can I use an Excel file?＋

Export your worksheet as CSV UTF-8 first. This tool reads CSV, not .xlsx workbooks.

Which time zone is used?＋

Times are floating local times: the receiving calendar decides the time zone. All-day dates stay dates. This converter does not assign UTC or an explicit time-zone definition.

Uses the iCalendar standard. Keep the original file and test the output in your receiving calendar app.
